We are getting closer and closer to military intervention and to the enforcement of the Helms–Burton Act on the prison island.

We continue asking everyone to promote registration in the group at anexionistasunited.org.

The Coordination Commission is pleased to inform you that registrations for this year’s voting period for the board close on March 28, 2026. Those who are not registered by that date will not have the right to vote or to be candidates for the 2026–2027 board.

You may now send to contact@anexionistasunited.org your proposals for individuals you believe should be members of the board. Please write the names of all members you consider, without limit, as soon as possible, since the reception of candidacies will only be open until March 31, 2026.

The voting process for the board will take place via the organization’s email (contact@anexionistasunited.org) and will be processed by members who are not on this year’s list of candidates.

The list of candidates to choose from will be announced on Wednesday, April 1, and each member may vote for a maximum of 9 individuals for the board.

Any voting email that contains more than 9 proposed candidates from a member will be invalidated. The voting ballot by email will be resent every week until the closing day of the voting period.

This week we are announcing, through this channel and on social media, the opening of the contest for the logo of the organization Anexionistas United and for its anthem.

Anyone who wishes to participate must send their design to contact@anexionistasunited.org. The results will be announced on April 16, 2026, together with the election results, which close on April 15 with the processing of the final votes received by email, in honor of Brigade 2506.

Remember that we have a mobilization on May 20 in Washington, D.C. to request military intervention, the enforcement of the Helms–Burton Act, and a permanent protection status.
